The State College Police Department is investigating suspicious activity and requests the public's assistance in identifying two individuals, according to a release.
The activity occurred near the 600 block of Locust Lane at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, the release said.
The pictured individuals went to a resident's porch "in a possible attempt to commit theft" and are "believed to be part of a string of thefts" that occurred early Tuesday morning, the release said.
