Movin' On, Penn State's student music festival, will impact parking and traffic across campus on Friday, according to a Penn State release.
For Movin' On parking only, individuals can park at Stadium West with the $10 day-of-event fee or a valid Penn State parking permit. East Deck will also be available at a rate of $1 per hour or with a Penn State parking permit, the release said.
For safety precautions, attendees are urged to cross at the Park Avenue and University Drive or Park Avenue and Bigler Road intersections. No parking will be made available at the lots north of Park Avenue close to the IM Fields, according to the release.
Big Hollow Road and University Drive will be closed from 7 a.m. Thursday to 8 a.m. Saturday.
Orange parking area near Procurement Services will be accessible only from the entrance on Big Hollow Road and the two ADA parking spaces in the lot will be closed until 8 a.m. Sat.
The closure of Park Avenue between Bigler Road and University Drive will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday and will last until all attendees have exited after the end of the event.

For softball parking, the Orange B parking will only be available from the Curtin Road entrance between the IM Building and Tennis Courts and exit from the lot will only be available to Curtin Road.
Campus shuttles that run along Beaver Avenue and West College Avenue are closing down at 5 p.m. Friday.
