Wallace stepping up after King's departure

A.J. Wallace knew something was up when the apartment he shared with Justin King on Pollock Road began to look a little more spacious after last football season. While other teammates were shuffling belongings around, moving to different apartments, King was packing up his things.

Morelli heads to desert

As he watched the NFL draft over the weekend, Anthony Morelli’s phone rang and rang through the sixth round. Each time he picked up, on the other end were Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt and quarterbacks coach Jeff Rutledge.

Connor, King picked later than expected in draft

Dan Connor, expected to be a late-first or early second-round pick in the 2008 NFL draft, slid all the way to the third round before the Carolina Panthers drafted him with the 74th overall pick. Updated 12:52 PM

The shirts stood out along the sideline Saturday afternoon. Almost as if they had traded their Penn State jerseys for uniforms for a bigger cause, a group of former Nittany Lions showed their support for today's vote.
