The Big Ten Freshman of the Year has started every game in net for the Lady Lions this season. In her rookie campaign, Oleksiuk has posted a 0.83 goals-against average, 117 saves, and 7.5 shutouts — all school single-season records. In addition, she has been named Big Ten co-Player of the Week twice this season, for the weeks of September 15 and November 9. #20 Carole Dutchka - Forward (Marlboro, Mass.) The senior co-captain has provided leadership and offensive firepower for the Lady Lions the entire season. Her play has helped guide Penn State to a 20-3-1 record, and a third round matchup with Clemson in the NCAA Tournament. Her 11 goals place her second on the team in that category, while she is tied for the team lead in points with 28. #6 Bonnie Young - Forward (Spring, Texas) The freshman sensation leads the Lady Lions in goals with 12, and is tied for the team lead in points with 28. She garnered Big Ten Player of the Week honors — in addition to being named to Soccer America's National Team of the Week — for the week of September 7. Young also set school records for goals (3) and points (6) in a game this season.
