Two students are part of a 13-member committee that will recommend a new vice president for student affairs.

Last month, the Class of 2003 voted to adorn the walls of the HUB-Robeson Center with a mural, bringing the total of senior class gift projects currently in the works or under construction to four.

After fire destroyed their belongings and forced them from their home Nov. 3, the residents of 808 S. Pugh St. said they are just happy to be alive.

With his office in a tiny red brick building on Pugh Street, most people would never guess that Judge Carmine W. Prestia Jr. is the busiest district justice in Centre County.

Today marks the 100th day until the 2003 Penn State Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. "100 Days 'Til THON" is a campus-wide event to promote The Four Diamonds Fund, Dance Marathon and pediatric cancer awareness.

The fraternity charged with providing alcohol to the 20-year-old woman who later fell out of her eighth-floor window will face its preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. today at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.

Hip-Hop Anonymous, which will be a free night of independent and underground hip-hop, will take place at 10 tonight at the Tall Shiva Hookah Lounge, 224 W. College Ave.

Like a minuteman assembling his rifle, he stares straight ahead while his hands busily load the film into the video camera underneath a huge black bag protecting the sensitive film from pervading light. This is the fourth time tonight Seth Hueter (senior-film) has had to carry out the procedure.
